2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your country, and able to enter a binding contract.
3. Orders and delivery
Digital value is delivered to the number, account or email you provide. Because delivery is instant and irreversible, you are responsible for the accuracy of those details.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices, service fees and exchange rates are shown before you pay. Orders are only fulfilled once payment is authorised.
5. Anka Points
Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted or withdrawn where orders are refunded, reversed or found to be fraudulent.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use AnkaPay for fraud, money laundering, resale in breach of brand terms, or any activity restricted by applicable sanctions and local law.
7. Availability and liability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app and by email before they take effect.
